Contact Centre Advisor

Barretts Canterbury are looking for a Contact Centre Advisor.

Your role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join the team at our Contact Centre in Canterbury, who has an interest in the motor industry.  You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns, in association with the BMW and MINI brands. 

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional telephone manner and be polite and professional at all times. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Proven experience of working in a call centre would be an advantage, although training will be given.
