Halliwell Jones Warrington are looking for a Contact Centre Agent.
Reporting to the group aftersales retention manager, you will, on a daily basis deal with all inbound service calls for the groups service centres in relation to service booking and other service related items, whilst also handling all customer objections.
As part of your role, you will make outbound calls in relation to promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow up work and other service related items through the upsell of products and services, in order to maximise the revenue of the group BMW service departments. This role requires flexibility to work weekends when required.
You will have proven background working in a similar role for a prestigious establishment and providing customers with an excellent experience in person or by telephone.
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills as well as an ability to work autonomously.
