Receptionist/Showroom Host

Wollaston Motors are looking for a Receptionist/Showroom Host.

Your role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensure our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will understand brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills are essential, and computer skills an advantage. Customer awareness and a customer centric approach to all interactions are essential, as are the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure and be part of a busy team.

A full driving licence essential.

Please note this opportunity is being offered on a zero-hours contract which will help to ensure we have sufficient resource in our busy periods, but also provides you with flexibility with your working hours. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday from 9am - 5pm and Sunday from 11am - 4pm.
