Group HR Manager
Arden are looking for a Group HR Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide full HR support to all areas of the business. You will partner with managers to provide support and guidance on the full employee life cycle including recruitment, succession planning, reward, engagement, performance management, employee relations and change programmes.
You will have a level 5 CIPD qualification, along with 2 years + proven generalist HR experience. You will be able to work independently to manage projects and prioritise tasks and will have excellent organisation skills and be able to follow up within agreed timeframes.
You will also have excellent IT skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appetite to work in a fast-paced environment.
A full driving licence is essential.
