HR Business Partner
Vines are looking for a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a generalist role providing full HR support to all areas of the business, ensuring best practice, building organisation and people capability. You will partner with managers to provide support and guidance on the full employee life cycle (including recruitment, succession planning, reward, engagement, performance management, employee relations and change programmes).
You will also contribute towards developing a culture of team engagement, support the delivery of key HR projects and initiative, coaching of managers to build organisation and people capability and be an advocate for wellbeing, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Please note this is a multi-site location role (Crawley, Redhill and Guildford) with the option of hybrid working.
You will have at least 3 years proven experience of working at HR Advisor level, and be a strong influencer with the ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate professional credibility with colleagues at all levels. A driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently, you will have a proven record of gaining buy in and delivering results which add value and fit with the Vines brand values.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as is a level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards).
