Lloyd Colne are looking for a Aftersales Retention Executive.
As an aftersales retention executive, you will be responsible for dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive impression of the service department, whilst upselling additional service items and repairs due on customers vehicles.
Assisting the service advisors as and when required and working towards monthly targets, you will be responsible for taking bookings via telephone, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle and additional providing insight into additional services available.
You will have proven experience within a similar role and demonstrated a proactive approach to customer service. You will have strong IT literacy skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
