Service Manager - BMW & MINI

Stephen James Ruxley are looking for a Service Manager. 

Your role

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and provide direct management of the Service team offering support and coaching where necessary, in particular to ensure any customer concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Your profile

You will bring us proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within the automotive industry. You will have a passion for customer service and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably. You will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the department.

Proven excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong proven IT literacy.
