Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus up to £45,000 OTE per annum

With our BMW Group certified trainers, you’ll receive all the coaching and support you need to make the most of your future with us. For Technicians, we have specially developed a fast-track training programme which will enable you to more quickly progress in your career by building on the skills you’ve already gained. It’s ideal for those who’ve already completed another vehicle manufacturer’s training programme or have hold specific IMI qualifications. 

Your role

You’ll be passionate about keeping up with the latest automotive technology. You’ll be keen to add to the knowledge gained from your Level 3 apprenticeship in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent. A full UK driving licence will also be essential and ideally you’ll have previous experience completing complex repairs at a car retailer. As a target-orientated team player, your good time management skills will set you apart. 

Your profile

Your technical or vocational training in an automotive dealership or similar environment will be backed by experience of working with prestige vehicles. A driving licence is essential. We’ll also expect you to be a team player who’s continually focused on the needs of customers.
