Welcome to the future of automotive retail
Your technical knowhow and our state-of-the-art technology – it’s an unbeatable combination. We’re using diagnostic technology in our workshops that’s years ahead of the competition. It makes our lives easier and gets our vehicles back on the road where they belong as quickly as possible.
Don’t worry if the digital world is a bit daunting to you at the moment – with the industry-leading training on offer at BMW Group Retail you’ll soon be up to speed. We’ll also make sure you get the support and opportunities to make the most of your future with us.
As a MOT technician, you will join our team of talented vehicle technicians and be responsible for all MOT testing for our customers. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience.
MOT technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You must be a qualified MOT technician who can work within given timescales and carry out MOT’s in line with guidelines. You will also be responsible for testing, diagnosing faults and providing written reports on component defects.
A full driving licence is essential. We’ll also expect you to be a team player who’s continually focused on the needs of customers.
Your hard work will be rewarded with a pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, access to use of BMW products, access to bespoke training courses at the state-of- the-art BMW Training Academy and BMW accreditation and certification.
We’re fortunate to receive a large response to our adverts every week. You’ll never receive an automated response from us – it’s something that we find too impersonal – and whilst we try to respond to every email, the amount of applications we receive sometimes makes that difficult. Therefore, if you don’t hear from us within 14 days, this means that unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please be assured we read every single one and if we think you might be relevant for a future role, we’ll keep your details on our file, and will arrange to contact you should a suitable vacancy arise in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any feedback. Thank you
