Barons Farnborough are looking for a BMW and MINI Retention Specialist.
As a Retention Specialist, you will contact customers by telephone/email to review current finance agreements. You will focus on achieving a high retention, whilst providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
You will have excellent proven customer service experience as well as organisation and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, you will be able to work within a team environment, whilst assisting colleagues through the sharing of experience and knowledge in all aspects of the role.
