Rybrook Shrewsbury are looking for a Warranty Administrator.
As a warranty administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
You will have proven experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry. You will also be a proactive communicator with our management and retailer teams, innovative in your approach in creating optimal experiences and someone who will use their own initiative to deliver outstanding service to the customer. Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required for this role, coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
