Weekend Receptionist

Rybrook Shrewsbury are looking for a Weekend Receptionist.

Your role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our exacting showroom standards are always met.  It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.

Your profile

As a weekend receptionist, you will promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers contacting the centre in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with brand guidelines, you will distribute enquiries, passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner.
