Lloyd Carlisle are looking for a General Sales Manager.
As the BMW General Sales Manager, reporting to the head of business, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to perform at their very best. You will be responsible for training and developing your team and will support and coach them to maximise both New and Used car sales volume and profitability whilst delivering great customer service. You will be responsible for creating a high commitment culture based around strong enquiry management and sales processes that will result in a good performance across several important key performance indicators.
You’ll bring us proven high-performing sales experience within the motor industry, underpinned by proven business and/or technical training. A highly effective motivator, you will already have proven leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others. You’ll also have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills.
