Halliwell Jones Southport are looking for a Service Administrator.
Reporting to the aftersales manager, you will maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to the costing office. On a daily basis you will be responsible for retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing, whilst reviewing and monitoring labour rates invoices to ensure maximum recovery. You will also complete VHC quoting and follow the VHC pricing and process efficiently and in a timely manner. Alongside this, you will also support the workshop controller and service advisors with any administrative support in costing invoices.
You will have proven experience in a similar role, and will demonstrate strong administration and communication skills whilst displaying a willingness to learn, develop and keep up to date with product information. Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills are essential to this role as well as an ability to work autonomously.
Proven experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage however full training will be provided.
