Rybrook Wolverhampton are looking for a Payroll Supervisor.
You will be responsible for ensuring our employees across our businesses are paid correctly and on time. You will be predominantly responsible for processing monthly information, including payslips, running reports, dealing with HMRC RTI returns and reconciliations. As a key member of our team, you will also be in regular contact with colleagues, managers and third parties to resolve queries and issues.
You will have proven experience as a payroll supervisor in a fast-paced environment, capable of operating and processing a payroll of circa 200 – 400 headcount. You will also be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of payroll practices and HMRC regulations including auto-enrolment, PAYE, SMP, SSP, P11ds, P45, P46/P60.
A capable IT user, you will preferably have a working knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud software along with extensive understanding of using Excel.
