As a retention executive, you will be responsible for contacting our customers to up-sell our products. As part of your role, you will also receive training on various in-house systems to increase profitable growth.
As a confident individual, you will work closely with our sales teams to increase our customer retention. The ideal applicant will be able to converse with our customers on a professional level and convert prospects into appointments by identifying any additional business opportunities along the way.
Proven experience of telesales would be advantageous.
