Your role

You will be a proactive member of the sales management team, responsible for managing and growing all aspects of F&I and customer retention through in-depth enquiry management and leading by example with our sales executive team.

Your profile

You will have proven experience in a similar role demonstrating excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills to ensure the best possible standard of customer service. With a customer centric attitude, you will demonstrate outstanding presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills. An ability to act with discretion, diplomacy and tact are essential whilst remaining calm, well organised and confident.
