Your role

As a Service and Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our existing and potential Motorcycle customers. It will be important for you to effectively identify their requirements and act accordingly, demonstrating and selling the BMW Motorcycle and Rider equipment ranges.

Your profile

Your product and technical knowledge will cover installation and retrofitting. You’ll also have had business or automotive training – possibly in selling parts – and a full driving licence is essential (a bike licence is desirable). 

Beyond this, you’ll be keen to develop what you know through product updates, hands-on model experience and expert training.
