Your role

You will share our passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of BMW and be responsible for creating an exciting and engaging retail experience for our customers, with an aim to help make customers feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their BMW experience.

As a customer service advisor, you will excite customers each day about the brand whilst promoting the benefits and unique selling points of BMW cars, accessories and vehicle ownership.  You will support the sales and service department by providing a conduit for product knowledge and customer product support function.

Your profile

As a customer service advisor, you will have proven experience in a contact centre environment with an ability to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs. You will be a proactive communicator with our management and retailer teams, innovative in your approach in creating optimal experiences and someone who will use their own initiative to deliver outstanding service to the customer. Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required for this role, coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
