Your Role

Reporting directly to the Service Manager and working alongside our other Assistant Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer-facing operations of the Service department.

Your Profile

You will bring us proven experience in the automotive industry and in customer service, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the aftersales/service arena. As Assistant Service Manager, you will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the service department.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong proven IT literacy.
