It’s important to understand that the genius position is not a ‘sales’ role. Your job is to share your passion for our products in a pressure-free way. You will also be the initial contact for any digital leads generated, passing enquiries through to our sales team. In many ways, you will be a ‘brand ambassador.’ The aim is to make customers feel excited about the cars – and impressed that they are getting a personalised service.
One of the great things about the job is that you’ll get to test drive every car we sell. That way you can truly bring the driving experience to life. But it’s not just about highlighting the cars performance or features. It’s about understanding the customer and how different cars and options will suit them.
A graduate or equivalent, you’ll ideally have worked in customer facing roles before. If you have experience at events or motor shows, all the better. Your passion for BMW will definitely shine through from the moment we meet you.
You’ll need a full driving licence too, of course – plus the energy and passion to give every customer a great ‘genius experience.’
