Your role

You will be mentored and work alongside our experienced General Sales Manager and Head of Business ensuring successful management of the sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.

Your profile

We’re looking for a driven, target focused individual that leads by example and can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW products and services. Alongside this, we will expect you to have an organised, self-motivated approach, with strong proven verbal and written communications skills.  If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
