Managing a team of two Accounts Payable Assistants, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient control of clerical and reporting procedures throughout the company, with emphasis on the purchase ledger. You will also ensure that all clerical procedures are developed in line with company policy and comply with statutory regulations.
You will have proven purchase ledger administration experience with a strong attention to detail. With an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, you will demonstrate excellent communication, administration and organisation skills whilst demonstrating an ability to work and lead within a team environment.
