As a service team leader, you will be responsible for assisting the service manager in daily operations. Focused on growing our service and parts performance, you will interact with service customers within the showroom to promote new products and improve customer satisfaction whilst, continuously dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
You will bring us proven experience in the automotive industry and in customer service. As a service team leader, you will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the services department.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong IT literacy. Working knowledge of OneLink and DRIVE would be advantageous.
