You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where and how a MINI will fit into their life. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process and provide them with both the experience they want, and the vehicle they need.
You will have proven sales experience within the automotive industry, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales & finance targets. You will also be confident in discussing financial requirements, and have excellent proven communication, influencing and negotiation skills, alongside having the ability to identify and close the sale. As this is a senior role, you will enjoy following processes, administration and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A full driving licence is a must, plus the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential.
