Aftersales Customer Advisor (EVHC Specialist)

Halliwell Jones Southport is looking for an Aftersales Customer Advisor (EVHC Specialist).

The role

Here at Halliwell Jones Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Aftersales Customer Advisor (EVHC Specialist). The position is located at our Southport Centre consisting of Aftersales and BMW and MINI Sales. 

Your Responsibilities:

• To ensure the accurate and efficient processing of completed Vehicle Health Checks within the set timescales.
• To exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with us.
• Updating customers with progress on their vehicle as well as ensuring authorisation for additional work and making follow-up calls.
• Liaising with Sales, Workshop and Parts departments to keep track of vehicle progress and ensuring customer vehicles are ready on time.

Full Time, Permanent position

Your profile

• Proven ability to effectively sell additional products or services.
• Possess some understanding of automotive systems and components, e.g. Drive and RTC plus any additional systems required to fulfil the role.
• Familiarity with manufacturer repair times and industry standards.
• Well organised and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
• A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile.
