Vehicle Preparation & Site Support

Cotswold Motor Group Hereford is looking for a Vehicle Preparation & Site Support member.

Your role

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility.

As a Vehicle Preparation & Site Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are fully prepared for sale, replacing sold units with new stock, and coordinating to meet handover requirements.

Duties Include:

• Responsible for overseeing Select/trade car process on site, including recalls and timely despatch to Tewkesbury.
• Key management and battery charging.
• Dealing with internal and external transporter deliveries and logistics.
• Report and ensure vehicle damage is identified, reported and rectified as required including TQC claims.
• Regular stock takes and stock management.
• Co-ordination of bodywork estimates.
• Booking stock car valets.
• Co-ordinating photography and maintaining photography standards.

Working hours: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: £23,985
