Group1 Worthing is looking for a Sales Executive.

Your role

As a Sales Executive for Group 1 you will be supported in your new role and enrolled onto our 4 day sales academy in Maidstone to help you settle in to your new role.

What you will be doing?

  • Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle.

  • Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database.

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions.

  • Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences.

  • Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals.

Your profile

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.

  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.

  • A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
