Receptionist

Group1 Farnborough is looking for a Receptionist.

Your role

As a Receptionist at Group 1 Automotive, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand. 

What you will be doing?

• Provide full reception support, including meeting and professionally greeting clients and employees.
• Answer the telephone and directing all enquiries to a relevant specialist.
• Complete general administration duties, such as email management and customer enquiry management.
• Complete other ad hoc tasks for the dealership.
• You should be comfortable dealing with members of the public and have a passion for exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.

• Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
