Host/Receptionist

Group1 Reading is looking for a Host/Receptionist.

Your role

Working with world-class brands and delivering experiences you can be proud of; you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You will have excellent communication, great organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

As part of a successful, global automotive group, you'll broaden your experience across both sites and brands. And with the right support from us, you'll be able to progress as high as you can aim.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Meet & Greet Customers & Visitors and provide suitable refreshments
• Answer and manage telephone system
• Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner
• Some invoicing & filing may be required
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom - customers & housekeeping

• IT literacy
