Parts Advisor

Soper of Lincoln is looking for a Parts Advisor.

Your role

The hours of work are between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturday (on a rota basis)

The Parts Advisor will supply parts to both public and trade customers, as well as the internal workshop.

The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with previous experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organise vehicle parts sales to meet customer and internal requirements
• Maximise sales volumes and margins
• Identify customer parts requirements
• Maintain parts stock and stock records
• Process parts orders efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Promote parts and accessory sales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensure parts stock holding is kept to a minimum

Your profile

Essential

• A UK driving license
• Previous Parts department experience

Desirable

• Knowledgeable in vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
