Your role

BMW Motorrad Bristol is looking to appoint a Service Advisor to join our team to contribute to the success of the business and deliver an exceptional service to our enthusiastic customers.

When you join #TeamDLM, you will be part of a special dealership in the centre of our Dick Lovett campus in Bristol. We are looking for someone who will be a great addition to our busy and successful team, who can embrace the values of both Motorrad and the Dick Lovett Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a great experience for our customers in for servicing and repairs
• Booking services
• Completing repair orders
• Communicating any required repairs to our customers
• Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales

Your profile

• Experience working in a Service department in a franchised dealership
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
• Familiarity with warranty procedures would be advantageous but not essential
• A full UK Driving Licence is essential and a Motorbike licence would be beneficial
