Used Car Sales Manager

Sytner Leicester is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager. 

Your role 

As a Sytner Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in the used vehicle department including stock sourcing and management, customer Satisfaction and retention.

You will hire and monitor the performance of the sales executives and hold weekly sales meetings and conduct sales mentoring and support.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

Your profile 

We only want to hear from the very best currently in our industry. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a great performance led background in Used cars, supplying premium brand cars with significant volumes each month but also with great customer service principles.

 Sourcing great used cars has never been more vital, we will want to see an "on point" knowledge of how to buy great used cars, manage stock with an understanding of the need to prepare quickly, to the right standard, always with the customer in the forefront of your mind.

Sytner Leicester is one of the largest BMW retailers in the UK and are looking for a strong individual that can inspire and motivate a large Used Car team and aspire to retailing 200 used BMW per month.
