Your role

What you will be doing:

• Get hands-on training in refurbishing alloy wheels to BMW standards.
• Assist with inspecting, preparing, and refurbishing wheels.
• Learn key techniques like Aqua blasting, Diamond Cutting, and painting.
• Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures to deliver top-notch workmanship.
• Collaborate with our team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

Your profile

• Enthusiasm for automotive technology and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment (training will be provided).
