Car Park Coordinator

Vines of Guildford is looking for a Car Park Coordinator.

Your role

As a Car Park Coordinator you will be an integral part of our busy service team. Your role will include providing support and assistance to the service team via car park management with the overall objective to improve the customer experience. 

You will be tasked with:

• Utilising the Bodyshop camera app to produce estimates for any damage found on check in of the customers vehicle
• Managing service loan cars to ensure that they are fuelled and cleaned ready for the next customer
• Logging cars accurately on the internal system to hand over to our workshop team. 

Your profile

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and organise their day. You will also possess strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full UK driving licence and be computer literate.
