Group Contact Centre Manager

Halliwell Jones (Warrington) is looking for a Group Contact Centre Manager. 

Your role

The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Group Contact Centre ensuring all inbound and outbound calls are dealt with appropriately and the department SLAs and targets are achieved.
  • To maximise the revenue of the Group Contact Centre as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.
  • To manage capacity, holiday planning and rota’s including breaks and lunch timings.

Your profile

  • Previous management experience essential preferably within a Contact Centre.
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
