Halliwell Jones (Warrington) is looking for a Group Contact Centre Manager.
Your role
The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
Your Responsibilities:
- To manage the Group Contact Centre ensuring all inbound and outbound calls are dealt with appropriately and the department SLAs and targets are achieved.
- To maximise the revenue of the Group Contact Centre as well as ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.
- To manage capacity, holiday planning and rota’s including breaks and lunch timings.
Your profile
- Previous management experience essential preferably within a Contact Centre.
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
