Corporate Business Development Manager

Vines of Gatwick is looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager.

Your role

As we relaunch our Corporate Department, we are dedicated to forging strong, strategic partnerships and driving growth in the corporate sector. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and service to our business clients, ensuring they experience the excellence that BMW embodies.

As a Corporate Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in this exciting transformation. You will be responsible for:

Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector.

Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Sales Support: Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support business development efforts.

Networking: Attending industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote the Vines  brand and expand our corporate client base.

Collaboration: Working closely with the Group Corporate Sales Manager and other team members to implement strategies and achieve sales targets.

Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities and providing regular updates to the management team.

Your profile

Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the automotive or luxury goods sector.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Passion: A genuine passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary: £35,000 and uncapped OTE of £65,000 plus company car

Hours: 0830 – 1730 Monday – Friday
