Sytner Nottingham is looking for a Head of Sales.

Your role

As a Sytner Head of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction, Colleague Engagement, Manufacturer KPI’s and the profitability across all departments.
 
You will be required to demonstrate a passion to coach, develop and upskill the team embracing our philosophy of building careers.
 
As a Senior member of the management team this role will work closely with the Head of Aftersales creating a collaborate team for the preparation of vehicles.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

Your profile

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the Automotive industry.

The ability to be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.
 
We are looking for someone who has high standards, the capability to be FAMOUS and bring new ideas to the table and the ability to drive the performance of the sales team and to take our sales departments to a whole new level.
