Soper of Lincoln is looking for a New Car Sales Executive.

Your role

We are dedicated to bringing tomorrow’s driving experience to our customers today. Our cutting-edge showrooms feature eye-catching designs and the latest technology, like our ground-breaking AR apps.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To act as a key contact for customer enquiries and manage the sales process from point of enquiry to point of sale.
  • Meet company sales and finance sales objectives and targets.
  • Maintaining database records with contact updates and paperwork requirements to meet Compliance and FCA Regulations.
  • Carry out full detailed market appraisals on all prospective trade and retail vehicles.
  • Engage in bespoke BMW Group Academy Training opportunities, maintaining expertise on BMW products and services and personal development.

Your profile

  • Passion and drive, along with active listening skills
  • A full driving licence
  • Proven sales experience
