Handover Specialist

North Oxford Garage is looking for a Handover Specialist.

Your role

The Handover Specialist takes ownership of the fulfillment of all responsibilities relating to the customer and their new BMW vehicle, following the conclusion of the contract.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for progressing the delivery arrangements for new BMW vehicles, ensuring that cleared funds have been received and that part-exchange vehicles are re-appraised and speedily entered into our Used vehicle preparation process. The highlight of the role is the handover of all New BMW vehicles to customers, with the objective of creating a truly special occasion for the customer and cementing a lifelong relationship with the company.

Your profile

Successful applicants are likely to have some experience in a modern, customer-centric, sales support or customer service environment. It is not necessary to have direct automotive industry experience, but candidates should display a keen interest in our premium brand and be capable of and interested in becoming real experts in the BMW product range. A flair and passion for understanding new technology are essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, good numeracy skills, being highly organised, and having a genuine natural passion for looking after customers.
