Berry Chiswick is looking for a full-time Contact Centre Advisor.
Supporting our Aftersales function, you will deal with all inbound service calls for the retailer’s service centre about service booking and other service-related items. You will also handle all customer objections and advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
As part of your role, you will make outbound calls about promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work and other service-related items through the upsell of products and services to maximise the revenue of the BMW Group service departments.
As a customer contact executive, you will have proven experience in customer service with an ability to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs. You will be a proactive communicator with our management and retailer teams, innovative in your approach to creating optimal experiences and someone who will use their initiative to deliver outstanding service to the customer. Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required for this role, coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
