Warranty Administrator

Douglas Park Glasgow (Hillington) is looking for a Warranty administrator.

Your role

  • Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission
  • Maintain warranty records and documentation
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding warranty issues
  • Assist in resolving warranty disputes or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the warranty department as needed

Your profile

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Proficient in office software applications, including QuickBooks and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping
