Rybrook Wolverhampton is looking for a Vehicle Sales Support. 

Your role

With the ever-increasing demand for business sales and delivery of corporate vehicles we have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Team in Wolverhampton, the role is sales support role where duties will include:

Maintaining Customer relationships via telephone or email.  We handle many contacts during a normal week, with questions from clients who are due to collect their cars to those clients who are considering a BMW or MINI and want to arrange a test drive.  Our team look to add value and deliver an excellent experience that is efficient and easy.  Preparing Customer quotations based on advertised rates, plus marketing offers directly to Selected Customers via email or the Internet.

Ensuring completion of the customer's finance process, from proposal to documentation completion through to timely payout.  It is an exciting and busy office with everyone working together to achieve our objectives.

Your profile

With this in mind, we are looking for a team player, where previous experience would be good, but is not essential.  The ability to work well in a team and a busy environment, to show resilience during busy periods and have high attention to detail are all qualities that we are looking for.  We will offer you training and development, opportunities to progress within Rybrook, alongside competitive pay, an employee car purchase scheme and other relevant benefits.
