Sytner Luton is looking for a Vehicle Painter.
Your role
As a Sytner vehicle painter, you will be responsible for carrying out preparation and high quality paint work on a wide range of incredible BMW & MINI products. You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales, and a strong desire to work as part of a high performing team. A positive attitude and “one team” ethic is essential and a desire to deliver excellent customer experience is a must.
Sytner vehicle painters work a variety of flexible patterns to suit the right individual. This may include weekends at times to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Your profile
Previous experience as a vehicle painter is essential. Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail. Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
