Sandal is looking for an Aftersales Retention Manager.
This role provides vital support to our Aftersales departments by increasing the number of Service customers visiting our Retailers, as well as maintaining contact with our existing customers to maintain our relationships. Additionally, by implementing bespoke, effective and measurable campaigns and customer contact activity, the business can look to reactivate the lapsed/lost customer base.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail motor industry in an Aftersales role and demonstrate that they are prepared to work hard to be able to excel in this demanding role. In addition, previous data management experience, as well as being fully conversant with GDPR / Data Management legislation will be an advantage.
