Your role

Reporting into the Group Bodyshop Manager & Head of Business, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Bodyshop to maximise the departments profitability in order to achieve and exceed business plan targets, through the delivery of a high level of customer and colleague satisfaction and retention. You will play a key role in the successful running of this busy department to ensure overall site performance whilst also concentrating on business growth.

Your profile

You’ll bring us strong and proven leadership skills, underpinned by exceptional customer service skills and a background in communicating and influencing your team.

A highly effective motivator, you will already have leadership experience with a track record of developing others and achieving individual and common goals.

Along with a strong customer focus, you’ll have a positive approach to your work together with problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills.

A full UK driving license is a must as well as proven experience of computer skills in order to create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Experience with Audatex and Emacs would be advantageous.
